We have been experiencing a very strange issue where IEM console doesnt last long responsive and doesnt accept any actions. Please find the below screen shot. Entire infra is down and impact is huge. Any quick help is highly appreciated.
Also error in Relay.log on master server " Failed to send resend report notification: HTTP Error 28: Timeout was reached: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds"
Check the server’s log files as well, under “BigFix Enterprise\BES Server”. Look for besrelay.log, logfile.txt, or server_audit.log.
I got myself in a similar situation a couple of months ago. Either by deleting an Operator that still had a Role assigned, or by killing my Console during a user delete that appeared to be hung, I ended up with unsigned data in the BFEnterprise database. The fix was to run 'besadmin /resignsecuritydata" to re-sign the data. If this is the case for you, one of those logs will have indications of unsigned data.
