Http Error 28 while opening console via citrix

HI Guys ,

Anyone aware of this " http error 28" cannot reach server while opening console via citrix ?? It happens when console connection is over 7-8 users in primary tem server . During that time if you login to server directly and open console it opens fine .

I’m getting a lot of complaints about these Error 28 - http timeout errors from my Console operators. The problem happens even on my server where I am the only person using the Console, so it is not related to the number of users. This problem began when I upgraded to version 9. I’ve seen a few other threads on the topic, but no resolutions.

Same here. http error 28 after upgrading to version 9. Happens with 1 console user.
