Web report for windows patch status

Hi,

I’m new to bigfix patch management. I don’t how to create web report with following properties. Can anyone help me?

I need report with manual group name, Computer name, os name, baseline name, action status, installed patch name, installed on, installed by.

Hi,

I am also looking for a Windows Patch Status Report for IT Executive level Report submission. Please refer to the attached file that should capture how many Failed, Installed on various platform like Laptops, Desktops and Servers.
