I am having the same issue on v.9.5.2 where all actions are showing ‘not reported’ even after confirming that UDP:52311 is enabled. I have turned on Command polling but still not worked. Actions against the root server too remain ‘not reported’. Anyone with an idea what could be wrong?
Are all actions showing as ‘Not Reported’? I’ve seen an issue a few times where the connection between a BES Root Server and the SQL Server failed in some way, preventing BigFix from publishing new action sites. I believe the error was evident Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESRelay.log.
When it occurs I cleared the problem by restarting SQL Server, BESRootServer, and BES FillDB.
Some other things to check -
The client log on the endpoint - is it actually sending a report? Is it receiving the UDP notification (should show up as “GatherHashMV” messages)?
BESRelay.log on the client’s relay.
BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\FillDB\FillDBData.log on the root server - is it receiving data from the relay and adding it to the SQL Database?
