Systems not reporting

Sounds similar to this other recent post, have a look at the troubleshooting steps I suggested there -

'Not Reported' status

Are all actions showing as ‘Not Reported’? I’ve seen an issue a few times where the connection between a BES Root Server and the SQL Server failed in some way, preventing BigFix from publishing new action sites. I believe the error was evident Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESRelay.log. When it occurs I cleared the problem by restarting SQL Server, BESRootServer, and BES FillDB.
