Is it possible to install Web Reports on a BigFix primary server?

Continuing the discussion from Can't install Web Reports after TEM is installed:

I installed BigFix Server (windows) and didn’t install Web Reports. I now would like to install Web Reports on this primary server. Is this possible?

I believe you can, if you go back to the installer in the Add Remove programs you should be able to perform a “Repair” which would let you add the component

Thanks Alan. One add on the question. Do I need the Web Reports installed at all? The only concern is whether it is required for using the VM Managers panel in ILMT - however I can do that from the command line instead I think?

Currently Web Reports provides the session relevance evaluation on the REST API (so probably WebUI as well) so if you don’t use any of that you don’t need it.

I have run with and without it for the most part it is OK. It really depends on what parts of the platform you use.
