Not sure if it would be of interest to anyone else but we really want to get in the “proactive” detecting of BigFix issues (not deal with a Sev1 and extended outage after the fact) and respectively be able to leverage BigFix to “take action” on monitoring alerts. Based on this, I’ve submitted the following RFE where DataDog is our monitoring solution but I can see such overall integration (KPIs/workflows/data retrieval/etc) to be usable by other monitoring systems.
