Client PC's showing as not reported after pushing patches

Hi, any body help me regarding problem on big fix console version ( 8.0.584) for patches pushing?

when I have create an action through big fix enterprise console version 8.0.584 to client machine for pushing new patches , after that in action status it show the client pc 's are( not reported).please help on it.

1.all client pc’s are running condition
2. which client pc 's are live condition ,show in computers tab in big fix console.

still its status show not reported.no action has been running .
What issue is there?and which services support to create action through server console.

Another problem is when i have down load the new windows patches and run it on server our network link utilization become very high please reply and help me.

Are UDP messages reaching your clients? If firewalls are active on the endpoints they will not receive the UDP message that speeds things up. You would have to open ports or turn on Command Polling to make this work better.

That is generally the first comment. If the actions do eventually run, say after the agent does its relay select again, or at least once a day, then its very possible that this communication is being blocked.
