Capture Image problem at "Download Applicable Drivers And Apply"

Hello friends
I’m having problem with the bigfix capture image tool, I’ve started an action to capture an image on a virutal workstation.
everything went well and the virtual machine restarted as part of the process.
When the action got to “Download Applicable Drivers and Apply” it stucked on status “Running” at the last CheckList (Picture included)

Hi. Does the computer restart and start the capture process in WinPE or does it remain in the OS?
Could you please send some screenshot of the action?

Capture Image - Virtual Machine - Download Applicable Drivers and Apply

Hey, I’m attempting to capture an image from a Virtual Machine but during the Download Applicable Drivers and Apply phase it seems the VM reboots into a state where it doesn’t have an operating system or can not find it. From there I can’t reboot into the operating system and have to resort to reverting back to a snapshot in order to get back into the OS. Any help would be much appreciated!
