Archieve BF Upload files

Will i be able to archieve those files in BES Server\wwwrootbes\Uploads to clear some space in Drive?

I mean could i compressed and archive these files? Or maybe can advise while folders/files for BF Enterprise is ok to be compressed and archive?

In short, you cant !

Recommendation - Get the drive space increased.

That location is related to your custom content uploads, if you move or archive them, in results your custom fixlet/task will be impacted.

Workaround:

  1. Export all custom content (fixlet/tasks)
  2. Write script to fetch title & sha1 values from each tuple or block for each fixlet/task
  3. copy file names from upload folder & match them against the result of script.
  4. Back up & delete whichever is not matching

Thanks for the respond, so meaning if i delete my custom old fixlet/tasks which is not longer in use, it will help to reduce space?

Not automatically, you also have to delete related sha1 values manually.
