Has anyone tried using the BigFix client on an PC running an XP Embedded OS?

Hey Paul,
We don’t test XP embedded here, but I have heard of many companies using XP Embedded with the BES Agent (for things like store Kiosks, ATM computers, etc).
XP Embedded is very similar to WinXP from the BES Client’s point of view and everything seems to work the same as XP.
You will need to do your own testing though to make sure you are comfortable with your specific XP Embedded instance because I believe they are highly customizable. Also… Make sure that you have enough disk space to run the BES Client.

We have the client installed on all our Xerox Fiery’s running WinXPE … no issues…
