DHS released an Emergency Directive on Friday about a pretty serious exploit. The deadline for US Federal teams to apply the patch for CVE-2020-1472 is today, September 21. It has a CVSS score of 10/10.
Because you are all awesome BigFix practitioners, you already applied the August 2020 patches from the Patches for Windows content, and so you are already working on something else instead of frantically trying to patch today.
You probably already applied the September patches as well.
