Working of BigFix Compliance Module

Hi BigFix masters,

I wanted to know how the BigFix Compliance Module works in terms of scanning. Is it similar to the BigFix Inventory or does it has a different protocol.

If any one has any links where i can get info regarding the same please do share it will be a great help.

Compliance doesn’t scan. It is evaluated based on checklists in the console. Results of these evaluations are imported into the Compliance DB nightly, by default.

You should see CIS, DISA STIG, FDCC checklists in your license portal (BigFix Management -> License Dashboard), or you should be able to create a custom checklist using the Wizard in SCM reporting
