Windows Vista CTRL key problem in console

Has anyone experienced problems using the CTRL key when batch selecting anything in the console?

When using the BES console (7.x) on Vista or Win7, multiple groups can’t be Ctrl-selected in the Take Action dialog. When I need to do that, I have to open a console on either XP or 2003. Ironically shift-selection seems to work fine.

I started having this problem ever since I switched to Win 7. What’s the deal, is there a fix or work around for this? It’s very annoying.

Sorry everyone, there is a fix for this but it requires code changes for the BES Console, there doesn’t seem to be an obvious work around either. It is a Vista specific issue. The fix is issue #22243 and will be included in the new major release of BES.
