I have not seen anything about this issue in the forums so I thought I would report what happened to us. I applied this month’s Windows Updates to our TEM server, 2003 Server, last Friday. Just today we tried to access the WebReports and got a 404 error message that /webreports was not a valid page.
It appears that one of the Windows Updates had enabled IIS on the server, among other things. We disabled that service and rebooted and now we can access webreports. We also had to manually restart some of the TEM processes (I don’t have the details on that.)
