I have more than 5 machines which are having similar problem. Big Fix is reporting that its missing the patch. If i try to install it manually it says Patch already installed. I can also see the patch installed via Windows update history.
Whats the conflicting point between BigFix and Windows update?
What should i do to get rid of this problem?
We don’t have control of BigFix console so it will be good if i get some solution or troubleshooting steps from client side computers?
Thanks Ben but i guess its useless for me because as i mentioned i dont know how this has been setup from top level and support team needs all this information
Just from your experience what you think is causing this?
