Hi!

I have more than 5 machines which are having similar problem. Big Fix is reporting that its missing the patch. If i try to install it manually it says Patch already installed. I can also see the patch installed via Windows update history.

Whats the conflicting point between BigFix and Windows update?

What should i do to get rid of this problem?

We don’t have control of BigFix console so it will be good if i get some solution or troubleshooting steps from client side computers?

You should send the info to the support team and they can help figure out the issue and fix it…

Thanks Ben but i guess its useless for me because as i mentioned i dont know how this has been setup from top level and support team needs all this information

Recently seen an issue that installed patches via BigFix are not visible in windows machine’s view update history.

Can any one suggest what could be issue.
