Windows Server 2022 wrong reporting as 2019 in the Console

Hello,

We have recently provisioned two Windows Server 2022 servers on our internal domain. However, for some strange reason they are reporting into the BigFix console as Win2019 10.0.20348.2655 (21H2). Has anyone observed this behaviour before? I’m a little concerned at what else is reporting falsely. I can categorically confirm the servers are running Server 2022.

Commonly, this occurs when running an older version of the BES Client that is not compatible with that version of the OS. What version is your BigRix Client?

Interesting. They’ve been provisioned with 10.0.3.66 (super old!). I’ve just pushed out the latest client via the console; lets see how that goes. Standby.

Yes, that did it. The objects are now reporting correctly.
