Windows Patches Sitting at 0.00% completed after 2 days

Hello everyone I am a newbie.

We have an enterprise server running with around 200 servers with the client installed.

I have recently pushed out patches to 2 development servers.

Everyday I check the progress and the progress is sitting at 0.00 percent which is very concerning to me.

Especially the dev servers need to be patched right away so that we can prepare for the production servers.

  1. How can I ensure that when I push patches it pushes them right that instance. (Like NetChkShavlik, WSUS)

Tim,

When you issue an Action, the TEM Server sends a UDP message to the Clients to come back and download the instructions.

So if there are no network blockage, the Action will commence in a few minutes.

You should also check the log files for the TEM Agents to see what is going on. You can post errors found and we can help.

Assuming you are on Windows, the log file is located at: C:\Program Files\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client__BESData__Global\Logs
