One of my engineers reported that after pushing the OS patches in Bigfix, the OS Build does not change? any idea what error this is and what needs to be done? Thanks
Did the patch install successfully?
Which patch & which Fixlet?
Have you rebooted after applying?
Did the patch rollback upon restart? If so the action status should change from ‘Pending Restart’ to ‘Failed’ (assuming the action is still Open; if it expires or is stopped, the action results will no longer update)
Anything in the Windows Event Log?
Does the patch show as Installed under Add/Remove Programs?
