That’s because the BESClient version running on your Windows 2025 devices is outdated and not officially supported for Windows 2025. You need to upgrade the BESClient to a supported version.

Which client version are you running? Windows 2025 support was added with latest release 11.0.3:

Can i just update the agent to 11.0.3 on windows server 2025 when my relay and root are on 11.0.2?
