Windows 2016 CIS report in SCA not showing state

Hi,

We had BigFix 9.2.11.
We had enable the CIS checklist for windows 2016 and also activated all the Analysis

In SCA, under the report for Check Result, we are able to see the value for the measurement,
but under the State, all the items are “Not Applicable”.

Not sure which part we had not enable to see the State.
Pls advise.
