I’ve upgraded a windows 2012 R2 server to 2016. However in Bigfix, it recognizes the server as 2016 but only offers patches for 2012 R2. What steps am I missing to compete the upgrade? Thanks
You shouldn’t have to do anything specific, but it may be useful to right-click the computer and “Force Refresh” to be sure it re-evaluates all of the Fixlets and sends a new full report

We’ve done over a 1,000 of these (12 to 2019, can’t believe someone would be doing to 2016 in 2023 :D). This has not been a problem. Nothing special should be needed other than the client needs to perform a full refresh.
