Do you think IBM will integrate any other AV solutions other than Trend micro?

We are using Kaspersky, it’s admin kit is ok, but having it fully integrated into BES would be really nice so could write our own fixlets to run tasks (scan’s, def updates, etc).

Hey Bob,

We support Trend Micro as a full integration, but we also have some support for Symantec, McAfee, and Sophos in our “Client Manager for Endpoint Protection” site… This allows updating the definitions, engines, and in some cases, configuring the agents.

Note that to do a “full integration” like we did with Trend, the vendors would need to cooperate with us and not all of them want to do that.
