I just upgrade to the latest WEbUI version (27) and it still does not only gives options under Devices → OS → Linux Red Hat Enterprise LInux for RHEL 6, RHEL 7, RHEL 8 and Other. Why isn’t RHEL9 an option yet?
Can you post a screenshot of what you mean. The webui is displayjng the device OS as reported by the bigfix agent installed on the endpoint? What agent version do you have installed on your RHEL9 devices?
HCL BigFix product support team can answer this, seems like WebUI missing updates related to it, even same of MacOS 13, 14 & 15.
However if we select Other, you will find RHEL 9 & any other OS which is not part of the OS listing.
Here’s what I mean. There isn’t even an option for Red Hat Enterprise 9. Its just other. We are running 11.0.3 and most of our clients are running 11.0.3. Its not the agents reporting. Its the WebUI not offering it.
