While Enabling Sites From BigFix Management getting error

Getting error while enabling any sites from BigFix Management.

Can any one let me know which BigFix content server this message box referring to.

Hello Rishabh,

I will assume that the BigFix server can access the internet and you have verified that?

If so, please email me at daniel.paquette@hcl.com. Please include the BigFix server SN# from the License Overview Dashboard as well your company name. We will investigate on our end.

Hello Dan,

I would like to inform you that I’m using evolution license as my production instance is on lower version so I’m just doing UAT to test all the functionality & behavior for that i was enabling the site.

Later on we are precuring the new license for our infra.

Yes, Issue has been resolved by adding below setting to ep server from console.

_BESGather_LisenceCertificateCommonName = gatherer.bigfix.com

After adding need to restart GatherDB service from services.msc
