Where is MS17-OCT for .NET Framework? (KB4043766)

Not sure if I’m missing something, but I don’t see the following update in my console:

October 2017 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, and 4.7 for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (KB 4043766)

Anyone know why, or when it’s expected?

KB4043766 is an Update (not security update) and we are working on the release.

Hopefully it will be available in Bigfix in the next couple of days.

To further clarify, although the name suggests “Security and Quality”, it is similar to the “Monthly Rollup”, where security and non-security updates are bundled. In this case, there is no security update for October, therefore it is essentially a non-security update.

You may check http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=4043766 and the absence of the KB in https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en-us/security-guidance to confirm this.
