Where is Malicious Software Tool - Run

So I am looking to use the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool but the description tells me to run the tool using:

Note: After deploying Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool to client computers, you can run the tool by using the task “Windows Security: Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - Run”.

Note: Microsoft’s Security Baseline Analyzer will not detect that the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool has been installed or upgraded until the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool has been run. You can run the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool by taking action on Task # 528 - “Windows Security: Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - Run” in the Patching Support site.

Where is task 528!!???

Task 528 is in the “Patching Support” site. If you don’t have any relevant computers for it right now then be sure to click the “Show Non-Relevant Content” button in the console.

I found it but it seems to be not relevant for any of my Win7 Pro systems. I’m not sure why, but I will now look into this issue.
