That’s an Internal GTS IBM Solution. You need to engage the Internal GTS BigFix Support.

There is an internal wiki where you can get all documentation, again it’s just visible for IBMers.

Just for the record URT (or .mef files extraction) is now replaced with ‘GUIDEXT’, same objetive, better capabilities is what the GTS section of IBM say.
