I wanted to create PMR but as I am using IBM internal license and don’t have ICN or other details. which is required for creating PMR.
If anyone is aware about BIGFIX OSD email id for support?
Hi, there is no OSD support email id. Even if you are IBM internal, you should be able to open PMRs.
