WebUI vs WebReports group discrepancy

Hi Team,

We found one issue WebUI vs WebReports group discrepancy.

Also, while checking in WEBUI we can see WEBUI groups are more than WEBREPORTS groups.

Webreports image vs WebUI image.

Server reporting to BigFix console on current date/time. I’ve already done the soft-reset

Send refresh to client but didn’t work.

  1. Stop BESClinet service
  2. Delete _BESData
  3. Start BESClient service

No luck with above, Please suggest/share solution for the same.

12 days back, we already opened a case with HCL Support and all the necessary information was provided.
