WebUI Unable to load device information

We have BigFix 10.0.4 installed, when using the webui, the webui is unable to bring back the properties of a system selected under the devices section… The screen simply displays a loading message. The devices in question are win10 and have all reported in the last 15 minutes. Perhaps there are some caching or performance tweeks that need to be made on the backend of webui, not sure. We have 65k devices in webui.

You should probably open a support incident to diagnose any problems, it may take an examination of your WebUI logs. Often a problem like this comes down to traffic blocked between WebUI and the BESRootServer or SQL server.
This is not expected behavior, I’ve seen WebUI work without issues like this up to 220k endpoints.
