WebUI Post-Patch Policy Questions

A couple of quick questions regarding Patch Policies.

  1. Where is the documentation on pre and post patch actions for Patch Policies?
  2. Is it possible to run multiple Post-Patch Tasks? If so, how are these delimited?
  3. Will the policy action override settings locks on post-patch content like a normal parent baseline or are settings locks on the post-patch content recognized?

Thanks all!

  1. Looks like the auto-generated baseline does indeed override settings locks on tasks.

@Viking, here is my input / suggestion:

  1. Where is the documentation on pre and post patch actions for Patch Policies?
See #5 in this documentation link - Create a Patch Policy

  2. Is it possible to run multiple Post-Patch Tasks? If so, how are these delimited?
Unfortunately it is requesting for a single id of a fixlet / task from a custom site (it will validate that the custom content id exists in order to proceed to the next screen and baselines are not an option either). However with some creativity, you could have a post-patch action run that causes the endpoint to become applicable for a policy action (baseline) that has multiple fixlets / tasks as an idea.
