WEBUI Installation task Failed

Hi,

Trying to install WebUI service on our root server but its failing as below :-

As per my understanding we can’t use port use 80 which is already used by Webreport I use 8081 but still we getting the same.

Show the rest of that screen - the redirect port is one thing, but there should be another port definition there (and the port selected is already in use)

Tried port 80 and 8081 both are not working.

According to that list, those ports are ‘Listening’, along with 443.

To appearances, it looks like there’s already a web server running on that box. Perhaps IIS is installed? You can’t have two servers (WebUI and IIS or whatever) listening on the same ports.

I conformed IIS installed on root server, is this the only reason we are failing or do we have any option to configure both on the same machine ?

Sure, you can configure both on the same machine - but they need to have different port number assignments.
