can anyone help me on this error I’m trying to configure the webui on the Bigfix Server but I’m getting this error, any recommendation to resolve this issue.

We don’t have a lot to go on here.
The error referencing “getaddrinfo” makes me wonder if the server name “ITG-BDCONSVR01” cannot be resolved from the computer running the installer.
Maybe try using the FQDN for the server?
Check any firewalls between the two systems to ensure that the SQL traffic can pass?
