could any one help in this please!

The cause I usually see for that is another application is listening on one of the ports WebUI is trying to use for its loopback connections - ports 5000 through 5100 I believe.

The conflict I’ve seen most is with Nutanix Guest Additions, does your WebUI happen to be a Nutanix VM?

Use Task Manager-> Performance -> Resource Monitor, Network tab, and expand “listening ports” at the bottom. Check whether anything besides NodeJS.exe is using any of those ports.

There are client settings we can apply on the WebUI host to move to a different port range and avoid the conflict. I’ll need to get back to my computer in a bit to find them, but we have a KB in the HCL Support Center describing this.

Thank you for clarification.
I’m not using Nutanix VM but i installed Webui server on the same Relay machine could it affect?

No, it wouldn’t be the Relay service, but could be some other software locking one of the ports. Check Resource Monitor.
