Hey,
After upgrading to TEM 8.2, webreports doesn’t seem to be working anymore.
If I click on ‘Launch web reports’, it opens the browser, but then shows a HTTP 500 internal server error.
The diagnostics tool shows webreports is running just fine.
Any ideas?

A little update, can’t find button to edit my previous post.
If I click on ‘launch web reports’ I get a “503 Service unavailable” error with the message: “Failed to resolve the name of server chvmtivoli.chirec.win”
If I then try to use to ip instead of the hostname, I get the “HTTP 500” error.

I’ve seen this, In my case it turned out to be proxy configuration. I had to add the TEM server to the exceptions list in IE settings…
added the following to be sure - http://;http://;http://; and the same for https
Also worth checking Web Reports url in - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BigFix\Enterprise Server\BESReports

Hey Beasleya,
Thanks for the reply, I already had those exceptions added.
After some searching it turned out I had to initialize the report DB.
Everything is working fine now.
