We are running BigFix version 11.0.1 and we are trying to understand some of the messages in the webreports log. Our user community has to use there enterprise credentials to log in. WE add users and assign them roles following the documentation.
We have been having issues with a specific user. When we look at the webreport log we can find where the user tried to log in. In the log we see /json/ldap-groups (6216) – Request from the IP of the users computer a GET querying the LDAP server. Some times we see the same type of information but the only difference would be instead of 6216 we see 7932 or 5977. What do these codes mean? We are not seeing anything in the log that would clearly indicate success or failure or what the issue encountered was.
The logging mode we have enabled the default logging level (all).
