Is there any option in Webreport to send schedule csv output in compressed/zipped format, rather than csv attachment.
I have some big output in webreports to get hence thinking if there could be some option that webreport compress csv file before sending on email id.
I’m not aware of any method to do it however you could schedule the webreport to output to a file then have BigFix directly zip it and use the archive manager to shift it across as a zipped file to wherever you need it to go?
From there you could (if configured) use an SMTP server to mail it to where it needs to go using a powershell command (if Windows).
Not an ideal solution but a work-around perhaps if no one comes up with another solution?
you could probably use the Customized Executable option at the bottom of the web report schedule to call an exe with a parameter of the csv web reports generates each time it runs.
Your exe would have to handle the zip and email though
