that does not really answer my question…I was looking for more details, like i said I’m trying to see why one product would be be better than the other product…currently have access to Big Fix web reports, and debating weather we need access to BF Console, this would be from an analysis perspective, new to the system and trying to find insight on what each can and cannot do, if read access is even a possibility with the console, and basically looking answers to a couple of more direct questions.
What does “Big Fix console†give me that is over and above “Big Fix Web reports?
What reports and functionalities are interesting to me that I do not already have with Web Reports?
Does big fix console have read only access, and if it does what does it allow me to do?
