Every once in a while my BES web reports service crashes. I am able to start it back up without any issues. Just wondering if anyone else experiences anything similar or knows of a log file or anything that might give me more info about it.

What version of BigFix platform are you running? What OS is your root BES server or stand-alone WebReports server running on?
Currently running 9.5.0.311 and the root server, which also hosts web reports, is 2012.
So we’ve had some issues with WebReports (v9.5.x) in our DEV and PROD environments. If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you review the change list for v9.5 that’s available here >> https://support.bigfix.com/bes/changes/fullchangelist-95.txt
I would suspect that one or more of the APARs fixes between patch 1 through patch 4 would address the issues you’re experiencing.
Another option would be to put WebReports logging into verbose mode to capture additional details that would be useful to IBM BigFix L2 support should a PMR be needed.
Thanks. I’ve been lobbying to upgrade to 9.5.3 or .4 for a while. Hopefully this helps my case.
Just my $0.02, but I would recommend going to 9.5.4.38 as it also resolves some known BESRelay issues that found in early 9.5.x versions.
