Web reports "send only when report changed" option

Hello, team!

Web reports have this great function to send a report only when the data inside of this report has changed. We are using this function, but have a small drawback…

We have a report that always empty. Then, during some days of the months, data come in the report, and, since it “changed” - sent to specific dis-list.

The problem comes the next day when data in the report is not available (report becomes empty). Web report sees this as “report has changed” and sends empty email to distribution list.

I understand that solution to this issue must be simple, but… i can’t find it.

you can also add some relevance statement for sending the report - what about:
number of bes computers > 0
or
number of bes fixlets > 0
or
number of bes actions > 0

That is great idea. Totally forgot that there is a relevance available for the report sending process itself. Looks promising.
