Would the default “Action” Report work for you? What sort of status are you looking for?

The default action report gives all actions, but I’m just looking for only the open actions and their progress.

What if you run the Open Action report and sort by status? Or export to excel and remove the non-open actions?

Yes, that is a possability, but I would like certain managers to have the ability to just click on the link of the report. Then it opens it up and there they have all the current open actions and there status.

that would be helpful, but I have no idea how to do it. Professional Services helped me with it.
