Web Reports in V7 not filtering by Manual Group

Hi All,

I hoping that this is something I need to amend since the upgrade but I had about 10 web reports set to show the Low,Moderate,High,

and Critical Enterprise security updates outstanding for different manual groups of computers.

However none of the reports display any data. If I amend the filter to stop filtering on Manual group the report runs but shows all computers.

Can some one help. This is a big issue for me as I have many Server admin groups that need to sign off reports for deployment this weekend…

Hi Mike,

We are not aware of this issue and will need to work with you to investigate. Can you please open a support ticket?

Note that in general, the forums are not a good place to get priority support because although many BigFix people look through the forums, there are no guarantees for how quickly we respond. Starting a support ticket will get you much faster response times.

Thanks for reporting this, Mike. We have a fix for this that will likely be included in a 7.0.x release.
