Web Reports Error Reporting

I have recently upgraded to Version: 8.0.627.0.

Now when using Web Reports (Version: 8.0.627.0) I occasionally get error messages stating:

"Errors may cause instability or invalid data to be displayed. Scheduled activities will not run until all errors are cleared, and only a Web Reports administrator may clear errors.

The following errors have been detected:"

Then I usually have something along the lines of Content error: in site #9085 ‘Linux RPM Patching’

What are these content errors and how to I find out more information about them? I would like to get to the root of the problem and stop the content errors from happening so my scheduled jobs stop being killed by these Web Report messages.

I would check if your SMTP server is allowed to accept connections from your Web Reports Server. Generally as a best practice your don’t anyone to be able to relay off your SMTP server unauthenticated.

Hi Stacy,

This doesn’t have anything to do with SMTP. I’m asking about Web Reports “detected errors” - how to get more information whatever error is listed at the time and how to stop the errors so Web Reports can resume sending out scheduled reports, etc.

Here is another set of errors that came up today and yesterday. How can I get more info about them and stop them from happening?
