when i try to access web reports i get error “database error occured” and can’t open it
any help ?
Happens when Web Reports loose connectivity to it’s database. Restart the BESWebReports service and see if that resolves the issue. I have also seen this happen when the service account password expires, a GPO issue happens, and when the machine has been powered on for too long (Kerberos session expires).
i’ve checked password and user name and odbc tested connection successfully.
Did restarting the BESWebReports service resolve the issue?
