Hi, I am quite new to bigfix it self this is actually my first topic hopefully i am in the right place, I am supporting two environments at the moment.
On our first environment, the web reports Active Directory permission options appear as expected and works great. But with our second environment, instead of Active Directory permissions, there is a LDAP Permission instead, which connects to the active directory as expected but is much harder to search for users and provide them permission.
Both servers connect to the same Active directory, but they are on different domains, would this affect? Is it possible so that they appear the same using the active directory permissions?
