Web Report Problem

Hi,

The web reporting stopped displaying any record recently in my workplace, even I still can see all of systems shown on BES console correctly. For some reasons, web report displays 0 record. Anyone know why, and how to fix the problem? I have restarted BES Client service, SQL agent service, BES Web reports server service, but still cannot get it solved.

Please advice. Thank you.

Hey Jenny,

This could be one of many configuration issues (like perhaps maybe your web reports have your main database disabled?)… A call to support should get you fixed up properly…
