Hi,
We have a problem that occurred after the upgrade to BigFix 10. The Wake On Lan Wizard doesn’t work anymore, we can’t turn on the computers using the console wizard but we still are able to do it manually by selecting a PC from the console and clicking "Send Wake on LAN request"
We checked the Wake On Lan Medic logs: C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\Applications\BESWoLMedic\BESWoLMedic.log and ,right after the upgrade to BigFix 10, it shows this error:
[INFO] Running BESWoLMedic.exe version 2.0.6
[Tue Apr 28 12:17:04 2020] [INFO] Connecting to Server REST API.

[Tue Apr 28 12:17:15 2020] [ERROR] Terminating Excecution
We thought that this was caused by a credential problem but we tried to access the page: https://BES_SERVER_URL:52311/api/login with the credentials we always used and worked before the upgrade and we can login succesfully.
We also tried some basic GET requests using Postman and the REST API answered correctly.
We then tried to launch the following command manually (this seems to be the command the BESWolMedic.exe tries to execute):
BESWoLMedic.exe -besserver http://BES_SERVER_URL.lnet:52311 -r https://BES_SERVER_URL:52311/api/ -u username -p password
but we get the same error shown in the log I posted before. This tests seems to point that there is some kind of problem in BESWoLMedic.exe, may you provide support?
Thanks
Best regards
Marco
