I am getting this error on several fixlets Waiting for Download

Does this affect all downloads, or just some?
The most common scenario is that you may have a network proxy that is rewriting the HTTPS connections with its own certificate, and the BigFix server needs to have your certificate authority added to its trust list.
I am aware however of a recent case where a third-party antivirus installed on the root server was intercepting the download, giving the same error message. In that case the antivirus was intercepting .EXE file downloads but not .MSU downloads, from the same websites.
