Vulnerability Reporting site duplication

For an update for anyone else with the same issue, we were able to fix our problem with the Vulnerability Reporting site by going into SQL. We used the steps at the end of this thread to delete the SiteID=15727 that we had in addition to the 15733 for the Vulnerability Reporting site.

So, reached out to HCL and here is what the dev team said and the solution they provided below fixed the issue.
